Information Systems Analyst

Position Overview

HRGF is seeking an Information Systems Analyst exclusively available to Arabic nationals, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on enhancing business performance through technology with a strong emphasis on ERP and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or a related IT discipline.
• Between one and two years of relevant industry experience.
• Familiarity with ERP/EPM platforms such as SAP or Oracle is essential.
• Exposure to ERP/EPM system implementation is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Power BI and artificial intelligence-based data analytics tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with ERP/EPM system implementation and training initiatives.
• Organize and lead workshops to collect requirements and perform detailed business process analyses.
• Support integration of systems and work closely with both technical and functional teams.
• Create user manuals, documentation, and training content.
• Deliver end-user support to facilitate smooth adoption of systems.
• Participate in the ongoing refinement and development of business processes.
