Role Overview
Based in New York, join our Digital team as an Influencer Marketing Associate focused on Spirits brands. This opportunity offers you a chance to inspire creativity and make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily account activities including client communication, influencer tracking, reporting, filing social content, meeting agendas, invoicing, and budget oversight.
- Lead and assign work to junior team members, ensuring seamless campaign operation.
- Oversee influencer campaigns from talent sourcing to briefing, content review, posting, and reporting.
- Assist with planning and executing influencer events and brand partnerships aligned with campaign initiatives to generate organic content.
- Identify and engage potential influencers across various channels to maintain a robust talent pipeline while managing product samples and campaign budgets.
- Curate guest lists for influencer events, handle outreach, negotiation, contracts, and approvals post-event.
- Prepare campaign recap materials to assess value, including return on investment and performance metrics.
- Develop and nurture genuine relationships with influencers and content creators based on trust and mutual respect.
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in influencer marketing.
- At least six months of experience mentoring or managing interns or staff, demonstrating team development and leadership.
- At least one year of client-facing experience involving participation in calls and meetings.
- Strong expertise in influencer social analytics for influencer selection and evaluation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of social media platform dynamics, influencer tiers, and vertical-specific nuances.
- Understanding of influencer pricing, cost factors, and negotiation techniques.
- Experience with integration of earned, owned, and paid media and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date on digital consumer trends, especially in lifestyle and luxury marketing.
- Passion for the luxury consumer sector with interest or experience in wine, home goods, art, and entertainment.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion with cultural competency and ability to collaborate across diverse backgrounds.
- Adaptable and resilient in dynamic work environments.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range between $60,000 and $66,000.
