Role Overview
This Industrial Engineer position is centered on improving how manufacturing and logistics processes work. The role calls for analyzing workflows, measuring time and motion, refining facility layouts, and supporting continuous improvement efforts to raise productivity and reduce waste.
Key Responsibilities
- Review manufacturing and logistics processes to identify bottlenecks and improve overall throughput.
- Perform workflow, time, and motion studies to define standard operating procedures and labour needs.
- Plan efficient factory, warehouse, or office layouts using CAD tools to improve space use and material movement.
- Support quality and waste-reduction programs using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methods.
- Estimate production costs, prepare material requirements, and track performance metrics for operational processes.
- Work closely with production, supply chain, and engineering teams to introduce new technologies and systems.
Eligibility
Candidates should hold a B.Tech / B.E. degree in Automobile Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Compensation
The salary offered for this role is INR 3,00,000 to INR 6,00,000 per year.
