Incharge - Electrical Maintenance

Role Overview

This position is for an Electrical Maintenance Incharge based in Chorasi, Gujarat. The role centers on keeping electrical systems, machinery, and plant equipment running safely and efficiently through disciplined maintenance practices and timely troubleshooting.

Key Accountabilities

• Carry out maintenance work in line with all applicable safety and environmental rules.
• Maintain and support electrical and electronics systems used in CNC machine shops and heavy industrial equipment.
• Work on machines such as HBM, VTL, VTC, horizontal lathes, gantry-type milling machines, and 5-axis machines.
• Handle maintenance of EOT cranes, material handling equipment, and fabrication equipment including CNC gas cutting machines, shot blasting machines, plate rolling machines, and welding machines.
• Monitor electrical systems to ensure smooth operation and high performance.
• Inspect equipment regularly to identify defects, faults, or signs of malfunction.
• Plan and execute preventive as well as corrective maintenance activities.
• Suggest equipment changes or improvements that can enhance performance and reliability.
• Coordinate with other engineering specialists while planning and carrying out complex maintenance jobs.
• Maintain clear records of maintenance and repair activities for reference and future follow-up.
• Arrange the required spare parts and maintenance items needed for repairs and upkeep.
• Use strong communication and interpersonal skills while working with teams and stakeholders.
