Role Overview
The position is a full-time, on-site Immigration Counsellor role based in Dubai. Responsibilities include guiding clients on visa categories, immigration pathways, and eligibility for multiple countries. Managing client case files, verifying documents, preparing applications, and liaising with authorities and partner agencies form key duties. The role demands conducting consultations, clearly outlining procedural details and timelines to clients, and maintaining comprehensive records. Staying up-to-date with immigration laws and policy changes while contributing to process enhancements and collaborating with colleagues is essential.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent client interaction capabilities with clear communication and active listening skills to simplify complex immigration information.
- Experience in immigration counselling, overseas recruitment, or advising on international education, including knowledge of visa categories and document requirements.
- Strong organizational and administrative aptitude to handle numerous client files, meet deadlines, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Research skills to interpret current immigration regulations and country-specific policies effectively.
- Proficiency in common office software and digital tools for documentation, case management, and communication.
- A bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines such as Law, International Relations, Business, HR, or equivalent professional experience in immigration services.
- High integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and strict adherence to confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
- Fluent English communication skills; knowledge of regional languages like Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
