Overview

KG Loan Expert is seeking a Human Resources Executive to oversee various HR functions within the organization. This role involves comprehensive management of employee lifecycle stages, data handling, payroll processes, benefits administration, policy adherence, attendance monitoring, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee data records.
• Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring timely and correct processing.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Oversee the enforcement of attendance policies.
• Provide support and foster positive employee relations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS) platforms.
• Excellent organizational capabilities with great attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
