Overview

Our client, a prominent multinational corporation, invites applications for the role of Human Resources Director at their Osnabrück location. This position offers a significant opportunity to contribute to and lead within the Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to managers and employees on all issues related to human resources and employment legislation, acting as a strategic business partner.
• Lead recruitment efforts and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Collaborate closely with the works council, local leadership, and additional stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Oversee the full employee life cycle, ensuring seamless HR operations.
• Ensure HR processes are executed effectively, adhering strictly to labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and existing workplace agreements.
• Take charge of managing and optimizing HR procedures within the organization.

Candidate Profile

• Holder of a bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as human resources management, business psychology, business administration, or related disciplines.
• Possess several years of professional experience in comparable roles, specifically within the industrial sector.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in employment and collective bargaining law.
• Capable of working autonomously while taking full ownership of assigned tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills complemented by strong advisory capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with a team-focused working style suited to an international environment.
• Proficient in IT tools, including MS Office and SAP.
