Role Overview

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will assist the HR department and departmental managers with routine HR operations, managing clerical and administrative tasks. Your role includes supporting multiple HR functions and providing excellent employee relations services to ensure a superior experience for colleagues.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with technology
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Adept at working within large, diverse teams
