Role Summary

As an HR Business Partner, you will be embedded in the global Employee Success team, reporting directly to the VP of HR EMEA. You will serve as a trusted consultant for managers and employees, delivering both strategic and operational HR guidance. Your focus will be on fostering a positive organizational culture, anticipating and addressing people-related challenges, and mentoring managers to enhance employee engagement, development, and overall business performance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Part of the Employee Success and German teams, establishing strong partnerships by advising management and employees on organizational and cultural topics.
• Identify organizational needs proactively and propose effective solutions to promote organizational and employee success.
• Conduct DACH market research to assist in internal salary benchmarks and role evaluations.
• Review and deploy vital HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in change management by analyzing organizational structures and executing change programs in collaboration with business units.
• Support employee success through guidance on performance management, talent development, team dynamics, and organizational changes.
• Help managers in planning employee career progression and recognizing training needs.
• Collaborate closely with the global Employee Success team to ensure a consistent employee experience embodying AllCloud's culture worldwide.
• Coordinate with finance, legal, and IT teams to enhance overall employee experience.
• Serve as the main contact point between the organization and external regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Over three years' experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in high-tech startups, professional services, or consulting sectors.
• At least three years of working with global teams internationally.
• Demonstrated capability collaborating with senior technical leadership from start to finish.
• Sound judgment and ability to make independent decisions leveraging processes, documents, and management guidance.
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on; experience in both small/medium and large companies is advantageous.
• Experience organizing and managing corporate events.
• Fluency in both German and English languages is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of DACH labor laws and relevant legal frameworks.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience scaling teams in global environments.
• An advanced degree (Master’s) in a related discipline is an added benefit.
