You will focus on understanding and smoothing the interaction between human intentions and machine responses, enhancing AI's empathy, personality, and reasoning. The role centers on optimizing AI's handling of multi-turn conversations to build user trust and ensure technology flexibly adapts to human needs rather than vice versa.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough audits of conversational user experiences, scrutinizing the flow of multi-turn dialogues to confirm AI maintains contextual awareness, minimizes cognitive overload, and delivers clear, practical responses.
• Analyze trust calibration by spotting when AI is excessively confident, causing misplaced trust, or overly cautious, resulting in user dissatisfaction, then fine-tune accordingly.
• Create and assess specialized AI personas (such as empathetic counselors versus objective data analysts) to maintain consistent tone alignment across various industries.
• Design for accessibility and inclusivity by evaluating the AI's performance with diverse speech patterns, dialects, and accessibility needs, ensuring a genuinely global reach.

Who Can Apply

• Applicants must have at least one year of relevant experience.
• Be able to work remotely during 8:00 am to 12:00 pm Indian Standard Time.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in fields like human-computer interaction, cognitive psychology, UX research, or behavioral economics.
• Possess native-level proficiency (C2+) in their primary language to evaluate cultural nuances and natural dialogue flow.
• English language skill minimum at B1 (Intermediate) level to collaborate in the global community.

Compensation and Vacancy Details

• Annual salary ranges between $4,800 and $9,600.
• Total of 20 vacancies available.
