Role Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking an HR Technology Specialist to join as a contractual retainer supporting the management, upkeep, and ongoing enhancement of our HR technology framework. A primary focus will be maintaining Spring as the definitive source of HR data. The role includes configuration of HRMS systems, employee data administration, reporting, analytics, workflow optimization, and system enhancements to maintain efficient HR operations and data accuracy.

• Administer and manage HRMS/HCM platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or Darwinbox.
• Configure HR software modules, organizational structures, workflows, and system parameters according to business requirements.
• Ensure the consistency, accuracy, and integrity of employee master data across all HR systems.
• Facilitate HR data configuration, system improvements, adjustments, and troubleshoot issues.
• Enhance data quality through gap analysis, record validation, and implementing necessary corrections.
• Create and sustain HR reports, dashboards, and management information systems utilizing Power BI, advanced Excel, and Python.
• Evaluate HR data to deliver actionable insights that aid business decisions and HR strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for system upgrades, enhancements, and resolving technical challenges.
• Support HR technology projects including upgrades, user acceptance testing, and change management.
• Maintain thorough system documentation, including process manuals and standard operating procedures.
• Guarantee prompt execution of HR technology transactions while complying with data governance and regulatory standards.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in HRMS or HRIS administration, HR technology, or HR analytics.
• Practical knowledge with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, or comparable HRMS platforms.
• Expertise in HR reporting, dashboard design, and data analysis.
• Educational background includes MBA in HR, Data Analytics, or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Applications, Business Analytics or related fields.
• Skills in configuring HRMS/HCM systems and administering user access.
• Comprehensive understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, workflows, and data governance.
• Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, dashboard development, and HR analytics techniques.
• Familiarity with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox technology platforms.
• Competence in data quality improvement, system optimization, and HRMS support processes.
• Ability to manage integrations, troubleshoot user issues, and enhance HR technology systems.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders effectively.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to handle multiple tasks independently.
