Position Overview

The HR Systems & Reporting Administrator will support HR, Benefits, and Payroll functions within the Corporate HR team serving more than 2800 employees. This predominantly remote role, with optional presence at the Atlanta office, involves providing expert customer service and analytical support to resolve and enhance HR information system usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Human Resource Business Partners, Regional Finance, and Payroll teams to identify and address issues in HRIS systems such as Workday, Equifax, HSI, iCIMS, and E-Verify.
• Manage administrative tasks in Workday including security, business process and tenant configurations, data integrations, and system upgrades.
• Support the deployment and testing of Workday system updates, implement enhancements, and configure new business processes including Time & Absence.
• Provide timely and accurate support to employees and act as an escalation point for technical and functional inquiries.
• Assist with HR surveys like EEO, OEWS, and organizational reporting.
• Serve as HR liaison during third-party audits.
• Maintain and track HRIS reporting and analytics.
• Respond to Workday-related tickets concerning routine HR matters.
• Offer training and assistance to HRIS users and HR staff as required.
• Engage with the Workday user community and coordinate with technical consultants on best practices.
• Undertake additional projects and related duties as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience in an HR-related role.
• Strong proficiency with Workday preferred; familiarity with other HRIS systems is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and V-Lookups, along with experience in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of discretion with sensitive employment information.
• Strong customer service orientation with eagerness to educate and resolve employee HRIS issues.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $72,000 to $90,000 annually.
