HR Strategy Manager (6-Month Contract)

Overview

Terracotta Outsourcing is seeking a seasoned HR Strategy Manager to join a vibrant Human Resources team supporting a multifaceted business environment in Abu Dhabi. This pivotal role involves implementing HR strategies, managing performance frameworks, guiding governance, and collaborating closely with senior executives to align people initiatives with business goals. This position is offered as a six-month onsite contract in Abu Dhabi.

Primary Responsibilities

• Convert overarching HR corporate strategies into detailed business plans with measurable targets.
• Oversee the organization, planning, and governance of strategic HR projects spanning various business units.
• Administer HR PMO operations including monitoring initiatives, managing milestones, assessing risks, and preparing reports.
• Create and manage executive dashboards, key performance indicators, and workforce analytics to facilitate strategic choices.
• Aggregate and verify HR data across stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency in all reporting.
• Produce comprehensive reports, presentations, and analyses for executive teams and governance bodies.
• Evaluate workforce data, organizational effectiveness, succession plans, and critical HR metrics to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with both HR and business leadership to maintain coherence in strategy implementation and priorities.
• Promote continuous enhancements in HR governance, reporting systems, and performance management processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• At least eight years of experience in HR strategy, transformation, PMO, workforce planning, or analytics roles.
• Proven experience supporting executive leadership with strategic reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights.
• Strong expertise in HR analytics, KPI formulation, and applying data for decision-making.
• Experience managing initiatives across complex and multi-entity organizations.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation capabilities.
• Exceptional analytical skills to translate intricate data into strategic recommendations.

Desirable Experience

• Background working in sizable corporate, government, semi-government, energy, utilities, infrastructure, aviation, or industrial sectors.
• Exposure to enterprise-wide HR transformation, governance frameworks, and organizational effectiveness projects.
• Experience designing executive-level and Board presentations and reports.
