Job Overview

The Prosperia Group is looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. This role involves engaging with candidates, coordinating recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth onboarding as part of the HR team.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact candidates using job portals and company databases to discuss job opportunities.
• Provide clear information regarding available positions, salary packages, locations, and organizational policies.
• Evaluate candidate eligibility through preliminary screening.
• Arrange interviews and collaborate with recruitment teams to manage scheduling.
• Maintain continuous communication with candidates until their successful joining.
• Support candidates with the necessary documentation and onboarding procedures.
• Keep accurate daily records of calls and update the recruitment tracker diligently.
• Meet daily and monthly targets related to candidate joins.
• Develop and sustain a database of potential candidates to support future hiring needs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Effective communication skills, especially in Hindi; basic proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to engage candidates confidently over the phone.
• A positive mindset and the confidence to handle numerous calls.
• Basic computer literacy, including competence in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Capability to manage a high volume of calls and persistent follow-ups.
• Goal-oriented with self-motivation to achieve recruitment targets.

Compensation Details

The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging between 7000 and 9000 INR.
