HR Executive

About the Role

The HR Executive will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor laws, aiming to foster a supportive and efficient workplace aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Address employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary processes.
• Organize and coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Supervise employee performance review systems.
• Manage compensation, benefits administration, and payroll support.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulatory standards.
• Promote employee engagement and retention efforts.
• Prepare detailed HR reports and documentation for leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience in HR management or related administrative roles.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with HR software tools and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational capabilities.

Compensation

The salary ranges from 25000 to 30000 INR per month depending on experience and qualifications, subject to company policies.
