Overview
JEMKON PVT LTD is seeking a proactive HR Executive to join their team at their Nighoje location near Pune, Maharashtra. This opportunity is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with up to one year of relevant experience who have completed BBA or MBA in HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Publish job openings on various platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate effectively with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Oversee onboarding procedures and manage necessary documentation.
- Support day-to-day HR operations including attendance management, record keeping, and employee coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience and skills in recruitment and sourcing candidates.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with fundamental HR tools.
Compensation and Joining
The monthly salary ranges between 20,000 and 24,000 INR, subject to performance in the interview. The employer prefers candidates who can join immediately.
