Role Overview
As an HR Associate, you will play a key role in managing daily HR operations that support the company’s expansion. Your responsibilities will span from personnel administration through recruiting, ensuring smooth and reliable HR processes in everyday business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and manage operational recruitment tasks including job postings, applicant tracking, and scheduling interviews to guarantee no candidate is overlooked during the hiring process.
- Contribute to personnel administration by handling contractual documentation, onboarding materials, employee certificates, and data maintenance with precision and attention to detail.
- Support the employee lifecycle process by guiding employees through essential stages—from their first workday to recurring HR procedures—ensuring consistency across all locations.
- Utilize and maintain HR systems (such as e2n and Recruitee), keeping data current and proposing improvements to simplify processes.
- Act as a liaison between the HR department and individual restaurants and hotel sites, addressing HR queries from managers and staff in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Initial experience in human resources, gained either through education, internships, or early professional roles, preferably within multi-site companies.
- Strong organizational skills capable of managing multiple parallel processes in a structured and reliable manner.
- Affinity for the gastronomy, hospitality, or related service sector is advantageous.
- Comfortable with HR software and quick to learn new digital tools.
- Solid knowledge of German labor and social security laws and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures with multiple entities.
- Proficiency in German at a high level and good command of English.
