About the Role
Based at Mirfa International Power & Water Company (MIPCO) in Mirfa, Abu Dhabi, this position is designed to support the HR and administrative functions to ensure efficient daily operations. The role covers various tasks such as recruitment support, onboarding facilitation, payroll assistance, visa processing, employee accommodation management, transportation logistics, and adherence to UAE labor laws and company policies.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR documentation.
- Manage attendance records and administer leave requests.
- Assist in payroll preparation and compile HR reports.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing documents, handling correspondence, and scheduling activities.
- Organize meetings, training sessions, and oversee office logistics.
- Carry out additional HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Experience ranging from recent graduates to professionals with up to one year of related work.

Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Friday: 7:30 AM to 3:15 PM with a prayer break.
