The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas assigned meet cleanliness and organizational standards. Responsibilities include managing housekeeping staff, conducting facility inspections, organizing shift schedules, and promptly addressing guest requests and complaints.

• Proven leadership and motivational skills for managing a housekeeping team effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong organizational capabilities to handle scheduling, inventory, and task management.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and guests.
• Capability to address and resolve guest concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Excellent time management to ensure timely completion of duties.
• Physically capable of performing cleaning duties and supervising staff in a demanding environment.
• Knowledgeable about various cleaning agents and equipment to ensure correct usage and upkeep.
