Role overview
As a Housekeeping Attendant at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island, you help create a welcoming guest experience by keeping rooms clean, comfortable, and ready for every stay. The role is centered on maintaining high standards of cleanliness while delivering courteous and timely service that reflects Hilton’s hospitality values.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms, including making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, vacuuming floors, and carrying out deeper cleaning tasks when required.
- Replace used linens, towels, and other guest supplies so rooms remain fully stocked and ready.
- Organize, replenish, and move the housekeeping cart and supplies each day.
- Handle guest requests quickly and politely, always providing helpful service.
- Remove garbage and recyclables and place them in the proper disposal areas.
