Essential Qualifications

• Basic literacy and numerical skills.
• Effective English communication skills for interaction with employees and residents.
• Familiarity with sanitation standards and safe food handling protocols.
• Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously, up to four at a time.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Basic proficiency with computers.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of community and resident apartments, including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning communal areas, dining rooms, hallways, patios, and individual apartments.
• Specific apartment duties such as defrosting refrigerators, cleaning heat system filters, changing bedding and linens, and ensuring linen supply adequacy.
• Assist in turning mattresses with help as necessary and empty waste receptacles.
• Provide deep cleaning services when required, focusing on key areas like entryways, carpets, plants, fixtures, and windows.
• Operate laundry facilities to wash and dry linens.
• Adhere to company sanitation and safety standards rigorously.
• In a server capacity: warmly greet residents and guests, take orders, serve meals and desserts using service carts, and assist with storage of perishables.
• Bus tables post-meals, sanitize furniture according to Food Service Guidelines, and manage side work such as replenishing condiments and cleaning equipment.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the community operations.
