Hotel Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a warm, well-presented professional with a passion for hospitality to serve as a Guest Relations & Hospitality Executive at a boutique homestay located in Burad Vilas 1911, Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in hotels, resorts, or boutique homestays and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
• Arrange guest transportation pickups when necessary.
• Effectively communicate in both English and Hindi to accommodate Indian and international visitors.
• Prepare and serve a clean and visually appealing breakfast.
• Deliver outstanding guest service to ensure a memorable stay.
• Maintain cleanliness and aesthetic upkeep of dining and communal spaces.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team and management to support daily operations efficiently.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in hotels, resorts, or homestay management.
• Proficiency in spoken English and Hindi.
• Strong communication skills with excellent guest handling abilities.
• Familiarity with breakfast preparation and presentation standards.
• Possession of a driving license is preferred.
