Role Overview

The Hotel Lobby Hostess serves as the initial welcoming presence for guests, ensuring a friendly and efficient arrival experience. Responsibilities include assisting with directions, check-in/out support, managing guest flow in the lobby, minimizing wait times, and maintaining exceptional service quality. Collaboration with the Front Office team is essential to ensure smooth operations. The role involves building meaningful relationships by anticipating guest needs, providing personalized recommendations, and contributing to an outstanding luxury hospitality experience.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates bring at least two years of experience in guest-facing roles within luxury 5-star hotel environments and maintain a polished, professional appearance. They are passionate about delivering memorable service with great attention to detail, possess strong spoken and written communication skills, and demonstrate confidence and composure under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera systems is preferred. Fluency in a European language is advantageous.
