Role Overview

The Hostess position at FALWA LLC SPC is a full-time, on-location role based in Abu Dhabi. Key responsibilities include welcoming guests upon arrival, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring an efficient flow within dining areas. Daily duties involve handling reservations, answering phone calls, providing accurate wait times, and collaborating with the serving team to optimize service delivery. Additional tasks include maintaining an orderly reception area, assisting guest needs, addressing any complaints professionally, managing updated reservation records, adhering to company service protocols, and supporting opening and closing operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a friendly yet professional approach when engaging with guests and colleagues.
• Proficiency in managing reservations and seating charts, preferably with experience using reservation or table management technologies.
• Strong verbal communication skills both face-to-face and via telephone.
• Customer service expertise emphasizing guest welcome, inquiry handling, and effective problem resolution.
• Professional telephone mannerism for managing calls, booking requests, and guest follow-ups.
• Previous work experience in hospitality, restaurant, or front-of-house capacities is advantageous.
• Physical stamina to remain standing for long periods and flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent English language skills; additional language abilities are considered a plus.
