Role Overview

As a Host (all genders) at Homaris K48 Studios in Berlin-Friedrichshain, you will be the primary contact for our guests and ensure they feel warmly welcomed from the moment they arrive. You will create unique guest experiences by approaching every situation proactively, with a solution-focused mindset and a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for guests to ensure a seamless stay experience.
• Assist guests with digital check-in and check-out procedures and address any inquiries or issues they may have.
• Oversee and coordinate cleaning and laundry services, maintaining a reliable and expanding network of service providers.
• Manage inventory by carefully controlling and auditing stock levels.
• Schedule and handle appointments with external service vendors while maintaining close collaboration with the local operations and guest service teams.
• Contribute ideas to improve our service offerings, enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
• Embody and professionally represent the Homaris brand in all guest interactions.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrates a welcoming, friendly demeanor and remains calm and composed even under pressure.
• Approaches challenges with a solution-driven and customer-focused attitude.
• Shows hospitality, reliability, and commitment to delivering quality service.
• Enjoys teamwork and is capable of working independently with responsibility.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Ideally has prior experience in hospitality, tourism, or hotel management sectors.
• Communicates confidently and professionally with diverse guests, maintaining respectful and service-oriented interactions.
• Possesses strong German language abilities at C1 level and good English skills at B2 level, both spoken and written; additional languages are advantageous.
• Is proficient with digital tools and has preferably used hotel management software before.
