About the Role
EM Services Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Horticulture Officer to oversee the maintenance and development of trees and landscape sites. This role involves managing external contractors and coordinating with government agencies on horticultural projects. We are looking for individuals with a strong sense of integrity, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive maintenance of trees and landscape areas.
- Manage and direct the work of external contractors.
- Act as a liaison with relevant government bodies concerning horticultural activities.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in Landscape Design & Horticulture or a comparable field.
- New graduates with a relevant Diploma are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork, integrity, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Working Conditions
The standard work week is Monday to Friday, with additional requirement for alternate half Saturdays. Normal office hours apply.
