Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a salary range between $60,000 and $80,000 annually, with potential earnings exceeding $100,000 depending on your workmanship and efficiency. Benefits include:

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance and repair tasks on homes and commercial properties, ranging from small fixes to large projects
• Effectively communicate with clients to assess repair needs, offer estimates, and manage their expectations
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring exceptional service according to company standards, promoting repeat business

Qualifications and Expectations

• Be self-driven and able to work independently
• Provide excellent customer service, manage payments, and solicit client feedback
• Maintain and operate necessary tools and technological devices
• Record job progress meticulously while adhering to the company’s quality standards
• Consistently use appropriate personal protective equipment and treat customers’ homes with respect
• Live within the service coverage area
• Possess a minimum of two years' paid experience in handyman work
• Own basic hand tools required for tasks
• Be insurable for company vehicle operation
• Pass background and driving history checks
• Physically able to lift over 50 pounds and work safely at heights when necessary
• Maintain a professional appearance; uniforms are provided and company vehicles are to be kept in good condition
