About the Role

Iceland Foods invites applications for the position of Home Delivery Driver based in Sleaford, England. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working independently, and engaging with customers while on the road delivering shopping orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Load vans safely, following proper procedures including heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Maintain adherence to safe driving practices at all times.
• Conduct vehicle checks before starting the delivery route.
• Ensure that food items are delivered to customers in optimal condition.
• Deliver excellent customer service, acting as the face of Iceland.
• Offer support in-store when necessary.
• Manage time efficiently while working independently.
• Work flexible shifts with varying start times between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for a minimum of three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Maintain a positive, friendly disposition with a passion for customer service.
• Demonstrate punctuality and reliability in meeting deadlines.
• Exhibit strong road safety awareness and practices.
