Home Delivery Driver

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Home Delivery Driver to join our team in Deal, England. This role involves delivering groceries safely and efficiently while providing outstanding service as the representative of our company. You will be responsible for ensuring customers receive their food in pristine condition and enjoy a positive delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safe van loading procedures including handling and lifting heavy items appropriately
• Adhere strictly to road safety and driving regulations at all times
• Perform regular checks on the vehicle to maintain operational safety
• Maintain high-quality food delivery standards
• Offer excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
• Assist with in-store duties as needed
• Work independently and manage time effectively
• Be flexible with shift timings, which may range between 6 am and 11 pm

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for a minimum of 3 years with no more than 6 penalty points
• Exhibit a positive, customer-focused mindset and strong punctuality
• Be capable of meeting deadlines consistently
• Demonstrate a solid understanding and awareness of road safety
