Opportunity Overview

The role of High Volume Talent Acquisition Partner involves overseeing the entire recruitment cycle to achieve staffing targets and support business expansion. This role is pivotal in collaborating with hiring managers to clarify recruitment needs and efficiently secure high-caliber candidates. It directly influences the company's success through the development of robust candidate pipelines and the application of data-driven recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruiting processes for more than 40 requisitions, including multiple high-volume roles, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to define candidate requirements, design interview procedures, and set hiring schedules.
• Offer insights on market trends and provide consultative support for recruitment decisions.
• Leverage recruitment data and analytics to identify enhancements and meet hiring objectives.
• Engage in proactive talent sourcing using diverse channels to establish and sustain strong pipelines.
• Track recruitment metrics to decrease time-to-fill and increase efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive records in the applicant tracking system and ensure adherence to recruitment policies and legal standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years managing full recruitment cycles, ideally within high-volume, field-based, or multi-location contexts.
• Demonstrated success managing numerous job openings while fulfilling recruitment goals.
• Experienced in sourcing and cultivating talent pipelines through varied methods.
• Proven capability in building strong partnerships with hiring teams and business leaders.
• Adopts a data-informed methodology to optimize hiring outcomes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to operate effectively under urgency, with flexibility and accountability in a dynamic work environment.
• Dedicated to delivering superior experience to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
