Job Summary

This role involves advising and assisting users via phone, chat, and email on issues related to hardware, software, networks, and peripherals using established technologies and procedures. The specialist diagnoses, researches, and resolves user problems while documenting requests and coordinating with support teams to ensure timely resolution. Clear communication about IT policies and quick responsiveness to maximize user uptime is essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions and log reported issues in the IT Service Management system (ITSM).
• Diagnose, identify, and resolve issues using internal resources and instructions.
• Provide technical support and guidance for prioritizing and troubleshooting problems through phone and email contact.
• Screen and address internal inquiries and requests concerning PC maintenance.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure accurate and swift issue resolution for online systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in international technical support involving voice or blended processes.
• Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Experience in IT helpdesk functions dealing with hardware, software, printers, Windows troubleshooting, remote support, and network troubleshooting.

Additional Information

• Location: Noida
• Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts, 10 hours per shift, working 5 days a week
• Grade 4 Salary: ₹5,00,000 per annum with 10% variable
• Grade 5 Salary: ₹6,00,000 per annum with 10% variable
• Immediate joining candidates only
• One-way cab facility for odd hours
