This includes ensuring the safe handling and secure transport of passengers, cargo, equipment, and catering supplies to prevent damage or safety issues. Compliance with UAE traffic laws, company policies, health and safety standards, and site-specific regulations is essential. Precise and thorough documentation such as trip logs, inspection reports, delivery records, and incident reports must be maintained according to company and audit standards. Professional conduct, clear communication, and teamwork are vital for smooth daily operations. Drivers are expected to promptly identify and escalate incidents, delays, route deviations, or operational risks for corrective actions and service reliability. Adherence to assigned duties and flexibility in response to operational demands are crucial to ensuring continuous service.
