Health Planner

Position Overview

We invite driven and self-motivated individuals to join our expanding team as Health Planners. This role is field-based with a flexible location and offers full-time and part-time employment options. The main goal is to educate individuals and families on health insurance importance and guide them to select coverage tailored to their specific needs.

Core Responsibilities

• Explain various health insurance plans and their advantages to potential clients.
• Assess the healthcare and financial requirements of customers.
• Suggest appropriate health insurance solutions aligned with clients' needs.
• Proactively generate new client leads through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain enduring relationships with customers.
• Support clients throughout the policy paperwork and provide continuous after-sales assistance.
• Meet or surpass monthly targets related to business growth and customer service.

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of Higher Secondary education (12th standard) is mandatory; graduates are preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive mindset coupled with eagerness to learn.
• Previous experience in sales is advantageous, though fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficiency with basic smartphone operations and digital communication tools.
