Role Overview
The Head of Content position is a full-time role based in Abuja, combining on-site collaboration with flexibility for remote work. This leadership role involves steering the overall content strategy for the company, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business goals. Responsibilities include planning and managing content across digital and traditional channels, overseeing creation and editorial processes, guiding content creators, and maintaining a consistent tone and messaging. Additionally, the role requires analyzing content effectiveness, enhancing engagement and lead generation, and collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to uphold quality standards that reflect the company's dedication to reliability and client empowerment.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in crafting and implementing content strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Strong skills in writing and content management, capable of organizing and maintaining multi-platform content.
- Editorial proficiency to review and refine content ensuring clarity, coherence, and brand consistency.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, including mentoring and coordinating across departments.
- Experience in real estate or related sectors is preferred, with knowledge of the Abuja market being advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and executives.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with strong self-management and dependability.
