Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for mixology, spirits, wine, and craft beers and be willing to work varied shifts including weekends. The role involves welcoming guests warmly, preparing and serving drinks with flair, supporting the development of our beverage offerings, and maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation in the bar area.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
- Craft and serve beverages and cocktails with personality, professionalism, and consistency to the highest standards.
- Contribute to enhancing the bar’s beverage selection within the hotel.
- Deliver outstanding customer service tailored to individual guest preferences.
- Maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor at all times.
- Keep the bar area tidy and clean during and after service hours.
- Actively promote sales and exceed standard service expectations.
- Uphold superior presentation in front and back bar areas.
- Attend to tables and provide attentive service.
- Perform barista duties as required.
