About the Role and Company
PVR Cinemas, one of India's premier multiplex chains, is looking to expand its team by hiring Guest Service Associates at multiple locations including Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Delhi. This role is perfect for those passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences within the entertainment sector.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests courteously and professionally upon arrival.
- Provide outstanding service throughout the visitor's cinema experience.
- Assist customers in ticket purchasing, seating management, and answering general queries.
- Efficiently operate the food and beverage counters.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the premises.
- Control and manage guest flow and crowd during movie screenings.
- Ensure an enjoyable and memorable experience for every guest in adherence to company procedures and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Male candidates aged between 18 and 24 years.
- Educational qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Minimum six months experience preferred; however, smart freshers with strong communication skills are considered.
- Preferred backgrounds include restaurant, hotel, quick service restaurant (QSR), retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Ability to work rotational shifts.
- Positive, customer-centric attitude with good command of basic English communication skills.
- Team spirit and well-groomed appearance mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
- CTC of ₹19,539 per month with an in-hand salary around ₹15,800 per month.
- Statutory benefits including Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) and Provident Fund (PF).
