Primary Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional shopping assistance and engaging interactions with guests at Marina Bay Sands.
• Respond promptly and effectively to shopper inquiries and feedback to enhance their experience.
• Manage Mall Marketing redemption processes along with other assigned tasks.
• Offer personalized service to luxury shoppers, with exclusive VIP service training provided.
• Represent The Shoppes with enthusiasm and pride, fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

• Holder of a diploma or degree in hospitality or a related discipline is preferred.
• No prior experience necessary as comprehensive training will be supplied.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications such as Word and Excel is expected.
• Readiness to work in varying shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and public holidays.
• Possess a warm personality with excellent customer service skills.
