About the Role
The Guest Experience Agent position at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company focuses on delivering an exceptional and memorable guest journey throughout their stay. Beyond simple check-in and check-out procedures, this role involves taking proactive actions to assist guests, address their needs, handle operational tasks, and share local highlights, making every interaction a personalized experience.
The work setting requires physical activity including standing, sitting, or walking for prolonged periods, along with the ability to manually handle objects up to 10 pounds. The position upholds strict adherence to company policies to ensure a secure and professional environment, maintain confidentiality, safeguard company assets, and meet high-quality standards in appearance and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate smooth guest experiences throughout their stay by offering comprehensive services and support.
- Respond efficiently to guest requests and operational requirements, ensuring satisfaction and comfort.
- Maintain professional conduct, uphold company policies, and preserve confidentiality.
- Contribute to a safe and welcoming working environment by following safety guidelines.
- Support logistics including handling light physical tasks as needed to optimize guest services.
Qualifications
- Minimum education requirement: high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior related work experience necessary.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses/certifications required.

This position is located on the Ummahat Islands 2-3 in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia.
