Cinemacity is recruiting a Guest Experience Agent for 1927, Abu Dhabi’s first private cinema and lounge club. This role serves as the main in-person and remote contact for members and prospective members, handling arrivals, calls, and enquiries while setting the tone for a luxury hospitality experience.

  • Support the membership journey by spotting potential leads, discussing the concept and value of the club, and conducting guided tours.
  • Manage box office tasks and reservations, including bookings, seat modifications, and screening confirmations, while keeping records accurate and teams updated.
  • Coordinate between Restaurant & Lounge, Cinema Operations, and Events to communicate reservations, special requests, and VIP requirements quickly and clearly.
  • Assist with ushering, seat guidance, and handling late arrivals discreetly to maintain the venue’s service standards during screenings.
