Job Overview
We seek an energetic Growth & Sales Representative to expand our silicone 3D printing service, facilitating its evolution into a scalable commercial venture. This role encompasses handling the entire customer lifecycle—from engaging inbound leads and managing quotations to identifying factors that convert interest into orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee inbound leads, user registrations, and quotation requests, maintaining an organized opportunity pipeline.
- Promptly and consistently follow up with prospects, open quotes, and customers who have become inactive.
- Initiate outbound outreach efforts, experimenting with messaging, channels, and target customer segments.
- Collaborate with application engineers to address technical inquiries from clients.
- Cultivate relationships with repeat customers and uncover potential growth avenues.
- Collect and convey customer feedback to enhance pricing strategies, product positioning, and overall experience.
Candidate Profile
- Proficient in both written and spoken German and English at a professional level.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach, capable of taking initiative without constant guidance.
- Resilient in the face of rejection and persistent with follow-ups, learning from setbacks.
- Curious to test new outreach messages, channels, and strategies.
- Strong sense of ownership to see responsibilities through to clear outcomes.
- Meticulous in maintaining CRM systems to ensure pipeline clarity.
- Comfortable using digital and AI tools to enhance daily work effectiveness.
- Experience in B2B sales, sales development, growth roles, customer success, or technical/commercial positions is advantageous but not mandatory.
