Role Purpose
The Marketing Leader will oversee the implementation of marketing strategies across Alsulaiman Group's expansive portfolio. This individual will ensure marketing efforts contribute to commercial growth, build brand equity, and generate measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities include planning and executing cohesive marketing initiatives encompassing brand management, campaigns, communications, media engagement, partnership cultivation, and performance enhancement in alignment with overall corporate goals and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive deployment of the marketing strategy and annual integrated marketing plans throughout the Group’s businesses, ensuring synchronization with corporate aims and growth targets.
- Convert business strategies into actionable marketing campaigns by collaborating intimately with leaders and departments such as Commercial, Sales, Operations, Customer Engagement, Expansion, Digital, and others.
- Manage the full lifecycle of 360-degree marketing campaigns across multiple channels to maintain uniformity, quality, and impactful business results.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and value portrayal that resonate with each brand's unique identity, visual guidelines, and voice.
- Leverage customer insight, market intelligence, and competitive analysis to clearly define target groups and tailor strategies aimed at acquisition, engagement, and commercial advancement.
- Coordinate annual marketing calendars, campaign schedules, product rollouts, and priority activations for effective planning and timely implementation.
- Oversee and liaise with external agencies (creative, media, digital, production, etc.) guaranteeing superior outcomes and value generation.
- Track and achieve marketing KPIs, evaluate campaign efficiency, analyze performance data, and institute ongoing refinements driven by data insights.
- Develop comprehensive executive marketing reports, dashboards, and strategic suggestions to inform senior leadership about marketing results, business impacts, risks, and opportunities.
- Promote inter-business collaboration to explore integrated campaign ventures, share expertise, and enhance overall marketing effectiveness across the Group.
- Identify and lead partnership initiatives that add commercial and brand value in line with annual business plans.
- Champion adoption of emerging marketing tools, AI technologies, digital platforms, and innovative strategies to boost efficiency and customer engagement.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Preferred marketing certifications; an MBA or other postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
- Between 5 to 7 years of advancing experience in marketing, brand management, or integrated marketing with documented success in driving brand and commercial growth.
- Strong background in integrated campaigns, brand management, marketing communications, media planning, digital marketing, content development, and customer acquisition.
- Solid understanding of retail environments, consumer behavior, digital marketing ecosystems, and current market trends.
- Experience handling multiple brands or agency experience is a plus.
- Robust commercial insight, particularly in marketing performance metrics, ROI evaluation, and budget control.
- Proven stakeholder, agency, and cross-functional team management skills.
- Superior strategic thinking, analytical abilities, problem-solving, communication, and presentation proficiencies.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
