Group Finance Excellence Manager

Overview

We seek a seasoned Group Finance Excellence Manager to spearhead finance transformation and operational efficiency across our regional operations. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will collaborate closely with finance teams and business leaders to refine finance processes, advance digital transformation, bolster financial governance, and enhance overall business performance across multiple countries.

This pivotal regional position offers an impactful opportunity to lead finance excellence initiatives aligned with the Group's strategic growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Steer the Group's Finance Excellence initiatives by harmonizing finance processes, reinforcing governance, and driving continual improvements throughout regional operations.
• Collaborate with Country Finance leaders and business units to boost cash flow, optimize working capital, and elevate operational efficiency.
• Lead enhancements in finance ERP systems, automation, and digital transformation projects to advance reporting accuracy, productivity, and actionable business insights.
• Enhance finance data governance, standardize reporting frameworks, and uplift management reporting capabilities to aid well-informed decision making.
• Oversee cross-functional finance transformation projects aimed at improving financial outcomes, operational effectiveness, and organizational capabilities.
• Partner with the Group CFO on strategic finance initiatives and enterprise-wide business improvement programs.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or hold a diploma with at least 10 years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience in finance transformation, finance operations, ERP implementations, or regional finance management.
• In-depth knowledge of finance processes, governance frameworks, internal controls, and effective business partnering.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
• Strong analytical aptitude combined with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, underpinned by a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
