Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate pricing, signage, and inventory compliance by following set procedures for ordering, markdowns, clearances, and labeling.
• Adhere to food safety, handling, sanitation, and cleaning guidelines to sustain a safe and hygienic workplace.
• Complete stocking duties, including restocking shelves, managing downstock, applying product protection, and setting modular displays including flex modulars and new shelf caps, ensuring the department is fully stocked and business-ready.
• Comply with Health and Safety policies to maintain a safe and hazard-free environment.
• Flexibly work various shifts such as evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business demands and ensure excellent customer service.

Challenges

• Manage high workloads in a fast-paced setting, particularly during overnight shifts, requiring effective planning to maintain energy and focus.
• Perform physically demanding tasks including standing for long periods, bending, and lifting inventory or equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Carry out repetitive stocking and organizing activities with precision and consistency to preserve store standards.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $17.75 per hour.
