About the Role

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer and Video Editor to become a valuable member of our expanding team. This position focuses on producing captivating graphics and videos for gaming and digital entertainment initiatives by leveraging cutting-edge AI technology to elevate creative workflows. Key Responsibilities

Develop marketing visuals such as banners, social media graphics, promotional visuals, and online advertisements.
Edit brief videos for platforms including social media, promotional campaigns, game launches, and marketing efforts.
Employ AI-driven video generation tools to conceptualize and produce video scenes, animations, visual effects, and promotion material.
Craft and improve prompts for AI-generated images, videos, audio voiceovers, music, and diverse creative resources.
Integrate AI-produced content alongside conventional video editing to craft refined, brand-compliant videos.
Create straightforward motion graphics, animations, visual effects, and transitions.
Support art and marketing teams by supplying creative assets for game releases, promotions, and events.
Adjust, localize, and optimize artworks and videos for different platforms, regions, screen ratios, and formats.
Critically evaluate AI outputs to assure visual consistency, precision, high quality, and alignment with brand standards.
Organize project files diligently and adhere to brand guidelines and content standards.
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to deliver exceptional creative materials punctually.
Stay abreast of emerging AI tools and propose enhancements to creative processes.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Animation, Video Production, or related discipline.
Experience ranging from 0 to 2 years; new graduates with relevant portfolio are welcome.
Proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Basic to intermediate competence in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalents.
Hands-on practice with AI-based image or video generation platforms such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Sora, Pika, Luma, etc.
Skillful in crafting effective prompts and iterating AI-generated content for quality enhancement.
Solid grasp of video narrative elements including composition, pacing, transitions, storytelling, typography, layout, and color theory.
Creative thinker with meticulous attention to detail.
Open and enthusiastic about experimenting with novel AI-driven creative workflows.
Capable of juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively.
Required: Portfolio highlighting graphic design, video editing, and/or AI-video work.

Preferred Skills

Experience generating short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts or similar platforms.
Basic skills in animation, motion graphics, sound design, or visual effects.
Familiarity with AI voiceover, lip-sync, avatar creation, music, or audio generation tools.
Skill in preserving character, product, and visual consistency in AI-generated scenes.
Awareness of copyright, licensing, and ethical use of AI-generated assets.
Interest in gaming, mobile game development, or online entertainment.
