About the Role

This position is for a versatile Graphic & Digital Designer who can move comfortably between premium packaging design and fast-moving ecommerce and digital marketing work. The role centers on protecting and extending the visual identity of Integra brands across every customer touchpoint, from shelf-ready packaging to social media and online shopping experiences.

What You Should Bring

The ideal candidate is tuned into beauty trends, TikTok-style aesthetics, and the preferences of Gen Z and Millennial audiences. You should be able to work well in a quickly changing environment, turn ideas into launch-ready work fast, and use feedback from marketing and analytics teams to improve design performance.

Key Responsibilities

You will create primary and secondary packaging, taking concepts through to print-ready production files while keeping the look premium and consistent with the brand.

You will develop Amazon A+ Content and product visuals that help items stand out and improve conversion in a competitive marketplace.

You will produce digital creative for organic social channels such as Instagram and TikTok, as well as for paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.

You will use Figma to build web-ready assets, landing pages, and digital experiences that support a smoother customer journey.

You will incorporate AI tools such as Gemini and Claude to speed up workflows, create mood boards, and explore ideas more efficiently.

You will use Canva to create team templates that support fast social content production while preserving premium brand standards.

Requirements

You should have at least 4 years of professional design experience, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.

A strong understanding of file formats, typography, materials, and the printing process is required.

You need advanced skill in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

You should have a proven history of building Amazon A+ content that improves conversions and lowers bounce rates.

Experience with Canva for collaborative work and Google Suite for organization is needed.

You must be actively using AI tools to improve creativity and productivity.

A portfolio showing a clean, modern, and editorial design style is required.
