About the Role
This opportunity is for a full-time Graphic Designer working with a financial services holding company that manages multiple wealth management and investment brands. The role is based in Austin, TX, operating on a hybrid schedule with four days onsite and one day remote.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop visual design solutions that include brand identity, logos, digital and print collateral, brochures, forms, and editorial layouts, ensuring alignment with each brand’s guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to conceptualize, design, and present creative materials such as iconography, animated graphics, web and advertisement banners, interactive PDFs, and infographics.
- Edit and enhance photographs, including headshots, to maintain brand consistency.
- Coordinate with external printers and vendors to guarantee on-time delivery and high-quality production standards for printed materials.
- Maintain an efficient digital asset management system using consistent file naming conventions and proper organization to allow easy access across teams.
- Create and update PowerPoint templates, adding graphics and animations to modernize presentations.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 5 to 7 years of professional design experience with preference for in-house or corporate environments.
- Is comfortable managing multiple brand needs within a standard 9–5 work schedule.
- Has expertise in branding, digital graphics, and mood board/look-and-feel development.
- Experience in event branding and delivering creative work across different formats.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat; familiarity with Adobe XD is an advantage.
- Demonstrated skills in editorial/layout design, icon creation, photo retouching, and sourcing images that reflect brand tone.
- Strong organizational skills in digital file management, print packaging, and archiving with standardized naming practices.
- Adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, multi-brand setting.
- Excellent communicator who can work autonomously and within teams.
Education and Experience
A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related discipline is preferred, or equivalent practical experience. Candidates should have a diverse portfolio showcasing print and digital design projects across various industries.
