About the Role

Join Tradify Business Solutions' creative team as a Graphic Designer where your visual storytelling skills will come to life. This role involves crafting compelling graphics, from conceptualization to execution, that align with the company's brand and vision.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze design briefs to fully understand project needs and requirements
Manage project timelines and budget constraints effectively
Create visual concepts tailored to client or project specifications
Draft initial design ideas and communicate these creatively
Design logos, illustrations, and other graphics using both digital tools and traditional methods
Select suitable color schemes and layout designs for each graphic piece
Collaborate with team members to refine and finalize design outputs
Test the effectiveness of graphics across diverse media platforms
Incorporate feedback to revise and improve designs
Ensure all final graphics are visually appealing and consistent with brand standards

Qualifications and Experience

At least two years of professional experience in graphic design
Expertise with standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Knowledge of digital marketing principles is advantageous
Proficiency in video editing is considered a strong asset
A portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design skills is required

Compensation and Work Environment

This full-time, on-site position offers a competitive salary between QAR 2500 and 5000. A genuine passion for graphic design and creativity is essential to thrive in this role.
