Role Overview

As a Global Visa Consultant, you will be based in Dubai and work full-time on-site. Your duties will encompass advising clients on visa eligibility and requirements across multiple countries for various visa types including tourist, business, student, and family visas. You will review and prepare client documentation, assist with form completion, handle visa appointment bookings, and liaise with embassies and other authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess client eligibility and provide visa options guidance.
• Clarify immigration regulations and procedures to clients.
• Monitor and track the status of visa applications, communicating timely updates.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client and application records.
• Stay updated on visa policies and regulatory changes.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of tourist and business visa processes and immigration laws.
• Proven experience in client-facing consulting roles with customized advisory services.
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex information professionally and clearly.
• Meticulous attention to detail for document verification and application management.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic or Hindi is beneficial.
• Previous background in visa services, travel, or immigration consultancy preferred.
• Ability to manage high workload at an on-site location in Dubai.
