AGSE Tooling is recruiting for a Global Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Manager to steer our worldwide sourcing and procurement efforts while managing key supplier partnerships across North America, Europe, Asia, and additional international markets. The position involves crafting sourcing strategies, negotiating vendor agreements, overseeing procurement processes, mitigating supply chain risks, and leading an expanding procurement team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the creation and execution of worldwide sourcing and procurement strategies aligned with corporate goals
  • Lead activities related to international supplier identification, qualification, negotiation, and performance management
  • Negotiate and manage supplier contracts that improve costs, delivery times, and supplier reliability ensuring uninterrupted supply

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related area
  • Minimum of 7 years managing selection, qualification, and oversight of international suppliers supporting diverse, low-volume complex mechanical and electromechanical assemblies in global supply chains
  • Technical expertise to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specs, and bills of materials supporting sourcing decisions, supplier assessments, and cost analysis

  • Background in aerospace, manufacturing, industrial equipment, automotive, or highly engineered products preferred
