Role Overview
As the Global Senior Manager for Early Talent Programs, you will lead and expand SharkNinja’s Shark Programs and Early Edge initiatives, positioning the company as a top employer for early career professionals. Operating with autonomy and major executive visibility, you will advise Talent Access leadership, P&C Business Partners, and business leaders, spearheading program design, scaling operations, launching new cohorts internationally, and building a team and infrastructure to support growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategic plans for program extension, ensuring new cohorts meet launch criteria including sponsor engagement, selection rigor, operational coordination, and performance frameworks.
- Recruit, develop, and lead the Early Talent team comprising recruiters, coordinators, and program specialists; manage program budgets, vendors, and platforms.
- Oversee global program operations across diverse portfolios such as AI Sharks, Robot Sharks, Social Sharks, Affiliates, and Web Development, including scheduling, onboarding, scope definition, and review cycles.
- Direct recruiting standards, sourcing approaches, and evaluation processes to deliver an exemplary candidate experience supported by executive referrals.
- Manage university relations including campus partnerships, career fairs, and employer branding to maintain a robust and diverse talent pipeline across U.S. and international markets.
- Develop and support Early Edge programming like mentorship, community engagement events, and weekly Innovation Pod sessions in collaboration with program sponsors.
- Facilitate executive communication between sponsors and operational teams, ensuring cohort health and sponsor engagement through detailed reporting.
- Monitor intern and co-op performance, supporting conversion pathways to full-time employment and advising on return offers.
- Utilize data analytics to track program metrics, hiring trends, and provide executive-level insights that narrate program impact.
Success Indicators
- Successfully manage program delivery from inception, balancing hands-on involvement with scalable team and process development.
- Maintain effective collaboration and communication with executives, HRBPs, brand, and operational leaders to ensure program vitality.
- Influence senior leadership with results-driven solutions and demonstrate accountability, comfortably presenting and defending strategies to C-level sponsors.
- Display a proactive, resilient approach to building industry-leading initiatives, willingly embracing challenges with a long-term strategic focus.
- Encourage and engage in constructive challenge and collaboration throughout the organization.
- Leverage data analysis to uncover insights, inform decisions, and guide investment priorities.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in early talent acquisition and university relations, with a proven history of designing and scaling early-career programs globally.
- Hands-on leadership of multiple internship or cooperative education programs, including design, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent conversion.
- Bachelor’s degree with over eight years of progressive experience partnering with hiring managers, talent acquisition specialists, diversity & inclusion leads, recruiters, and senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage teams and lead program and project management efforts involving multiple cohorts, budgets, and stakeholders.
- Experience overseeing P&L or program budgets exceeding $1 million.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for sourcing, communication, and program reporting, coupled with a passion for integrating AI into talent management.
- Strong commitment to developing early talent and fostering enriching learning environments in fast-paced, evolving settings.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $153,000 to $187,000 USD, with starting pay influenced by factors such as location, skills, education, experience, and qualifications.
